We have developed this package due to an overwhelming request. Seems we don't get any customers that walk in and want an OUT OF THE BOX RoushCharger install.
Since we think outside the box this makes perfect sense to us.
You can use this system on a Manual or Automatic Trans (Roush does not offer kits with Auto Trans cals included, but we do).
We start with the proven and reliable Roush 2300TVS supercharger system, then we add a 91mm pulley to the system for a safe 10psi of boost. Combine it with either a Boost A Pump or a GT500 fuel system and you have an easy 500rwhp at your calling.
Included is a 90mm idler pulley to replace one of the 75mm Roush pieces. This gives you more belt wrap on the blower, and allows use of the Roush supplied FEAD belt.
You also receive Ford Racing (1) Heat Range Colder Spark Plugs pre-gapped for your new boost level.
We personally feel this is the limit for the 2005-07 4.6 3v stock internals. This is a SAFE tune, with ALL factory OBDII monitors active. In 2008 some changes were made that can tolerate slightly more power, but it still gets risky.
You can get your system professionally installed and dyno tested for $800.
